Divorce may bring on step parenting roles, which can be uncomfortable for many. But… It doesn’t have to be. It’s only uncomfortable if you make it that way. Or your ex makes it that way. Wouldn’t it be great if everyone could be adults when they divorce? Yeah if we lived in a perfect world. But what you can control is YOU and how you handle situations. Step parenting is just another situation that can turn into an absolutely beautiful relationship. Let’s love on our kids. Even if you didn’t birth them. Let’s be reminded that our kids matter and should always be considered too. Working together to build a successful family takes the whole family.
